Feature Description
This tool makes it easy for you to summarize collections of Excel and KML files within a single ZIP file with CSV output containing data summaries. This tool will extract all files from the ZIP archive, read specific cells from Excel files (as per your parameters, e.g., K2, K4) and count ODPs from KML folder structure [PLAN -> ODP]. The recap output is a CSV file with columns: File Name | Extracted Cell Content | ODP Count. Very useful for mass data auditing, project file inventory, structured data extraction from multiple files, KML folder analysis, and creating summary reports from document collections. Ideal for project managers, data administrators, documentation teams, and consultants handling multiple files at once.
